Billing & Shipping

Orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.  If you choose to waive signature, please email us to complete this process. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. For all orders with unmatched billing and shipping addresses we require further verification before processing your order.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel and order due to potential fraud.
