RETURN POLICY
As always, thank you for shoping Ten Thirty-One Boutique. We hope you love your new items as much as we do but in case you don't we are here to help.
Currently we do not offer refunds on any items. We will accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.
Please contact tenthirtyonebtq@gmail.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received , you will be given instructions on how to return your items. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.
We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. Store credits must be used within 30 days.
